What is so special about Wagyu beef?
Wagyu beef contains a higher percentage of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids & more monounsaturated fats than other beef. This soft fat has a low melting point & not only creates a wonderful texture but also holds most of the flavour!

Is eating Wagyu beef healthy?
Wagyu beef is extremely rich in monounsaturated fatty acids & contains all of the essential amino acids, including omega-3 & omega-6 fatty acids. Essential fatty acids such as these are believed to lower risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, Alzheimer's and other conditions.
